All services have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available. Some lines may be unavailable from time to time due to supplier delays, or other unintentional causes. In such cases, we will always endeavor to get replacement courses as soon as possible. Kostman & Associates reserves the right to correct errors, omissions, and misprints.
Refund Policy
Once the sale is completed and payment is made, the sale considered final. Any refund request must be notified to us in writing. It is at the discretion of Kostman & Associates to consider and refund monies. In such cases, we may deduct administrative charges that we may have incurred. Such administrative charges will be determined by Kostman & Associates for the particular transaction in question. In the event Kostman & Associates cancels a purchase made by you for any reason, Kostman & Associates will refund course fee paid by you deducting the transaction and administrative cost. Kostman & Associates will not be held responsible for any additional costs, any loss or any damages you may have incurred by such cancellation of the order.
